Caller: a dodgy man called and said " i am from the compensation department" i asked which department he said the Insurance Company and asked if i had been in an accident. i asked which company are you call from and he hung up.
tried to call the number back to confirm and it was a disconnected number

Caller: car accident compensation scammers Dodgy car accident compensation rort
First the lady on the line asks about "your car accident" - I made up some rubbish and once she verified "I had been in a no fault car accident" she then put through to a man who asked more questions about my made up car accident - after giving them some fake details to keep them interested, and waste their time, they finally they hung up on me when they realised I was just pulling their leg :) I tried to ring back but the number is some dodgy VOIP number and not diallable form within Australia.
