I don't answer numbers i don't know anymore. Googled this number (07) 3102 4006 and found this site. Blocked number on my phone now. I do the same with the house phone too. So annoying special when you have a sift works and sleeping child.

These people are constantly calling my home and mobile numbers. Can they not be stopped - surely this has to be harassment?

Same time every night around tea time , we are on DNC where do these people get off?

This number has been ringing my mobile 2 to 3 times a night at tea time for the last week. And my home phone as well which only family has the number of. I don't answer.
