They left a voicemail saying 'I'm calling for Telstra is this Steven" there were kids screaming in the background. Then I googled the number and its for lay away deals?

They called my brand new mobile # at night so I missed it then when I called back, it said I called outside business. No one has this number yet so how they got it I don't know.
