Called off another phone after missing a call from this number numerous times over the last few months. I am a current member of NIB but recently dropped my cover. I'm fairly confident that this is what has spurred the recent attempts to contact me daily, generally while i'm at work and can't take the call.

When I say hello they do not reply to me...If it is NIB how rude!!
I have just switched from NIB to another provider that offered better cover for a premium that is $74 per month cheaper!!!

I advised NIB 3mths ago that I wanted to cancel my membership with them coz I have joined another health fund. I also expressed my disappointment with their service for so many years that I had been with them. Later I got someone called me offered me a deal & she said she didn’t think I would take the offer considering my past experience with them. However, later on I received a letter thanking me for taking their offer & advised me the direct debit payment date. I quickly called them back & expressed my disappointment with the situation they put me in. Now I receive calls from this number frequently. I know this is NIB coz this is their customer service number that I stored on my phone. Thanks God the callers are from Australia so I hope NIB gets the message & accept that consumers do have freedom of choice.

Simply listed as 'health' on my phone when it rang. Wasn't sure whom it was - I've just left NIB and after looking up here, they'll be doing a follow up to try to keep my business.

This caller phones and then hangs up after 2 rings and does not leave a message. I had enquired about health insurance for relative last month and ever since then, constantly keep receiving these phone calls. So have phoned NIB to ask them to stop. Fingers crossed, the customer service consultant is able to help.

Based on comments, appears to be NIB. I completed an online quote for Suncorp health *online terms confirmed underwriter by NIB however did not request call back.

if this is NIB I recently changed my Health Provider from them - I was considerably out of pocket after signing with Suncorp Health I had no idea that they were NIB and I have been regretting it ever since I am now happy with my new Health cover.
I have been unable to take call as it is usually while I am driving.(not that they are aware of this) or at night when I put my phone away for some me time!

Got an online quote, and immediately signed up. There must be a gap in internal communications because one week on they are still calling multiple times a day to get me to join. I have blocked the number, assuming they have other numbers for when they are not trying to sell me something.

You can't get a quote from NIB without filling in your phone number. Called long after I decided there product offering was useless and way too expensive. Had no answer to my question about why would I pay their "most popular" hospital cover which excluded cancer, heart problems, stroke; even broken limbs were excluded.

2 calls now , both there's no one on the other end each time , we just dumped NIB so probably them - after being assured i was covered for a hospital stay earlier this year- i was literally dying - was the sent a 6k bill from the hospital as NIB said i didnt have a procedure so no coverage , and then a $900 pathology bill , same reason - -this is not the first time they have really let us down

they wonder why we left i guess

I called back after missing a call from this number today. I have NOT been with NIB for years and don't know how they got my number. Not happy as I am happy with my current health insurer. I DO NOT like being called on my private phone!!!
