As at 17/10/19, this phone scammer is still active. Said I was in an accident and I had compensation due to me. Blocked the idiot!

As at 17/10/19, (07) 3073 4248 are still active scammers. Just got a phone call saying that I was in an accident and compensation due. Blocked the number.

Calls and hangs up, I call back and the line is disconnected, I blocked the number as they called every day and now I get the same calls from (07) 3054 4651

Indian accent person called about my car accident. How the fxxk did they get my correct full name. claiming from some authority and not even sure if i did or did not actually have one. so told them to speak to my lawyer and they should have the info already. seriously, if they want to scam someone, at least get someone speaks understandable English.

They call me several times a week asking for a girl named Karen. After I say this isn’t Karen they ask if i have been in a car accident. No matter how many smart ass responses I give them they just keep calling. It’s become a joke at how many times I can prank them

Indian accented man trying to convince me I was in a car accident 10 months ago. When questioned he couldn't tell me the company he was calling from, and when I said I didn't have an accident he started to move through family members hoping I was dumb enough to start to panic. Total Scam.

Called just now, did not leave a message. I called back from a private number and got the "your call could not be connected" recorded message.

Another heavily-accented scammer fishing for motor accident victims. His "boss" is apparently "Peter Edward" in the "Legal Advisory Department".

Apparently I had a car accident but when I played along they couldn’t tell me when, where, or anything like that so when the caller told me they were taking action on behalf of an injured 3rd party I advised them that I’m nearly 60 years old and have never had any accident where anyone has been injured. I asked them if they knew the Australian expression about being full of sh*t and to piss off.......they’re not terribly smart. Number blocked.....lol

Said I was in car accident I told him it was impossible I leave no survivors to tell my tales. Instantly hung up :)

He said I had been in a car accident, so I asked for the Claim number, he said he didnt have access to it, so I asked if he was insurance or a lawyer, he said it was a lawyers office. I said then he would know the legal repercussions of accessing my information without my consent. I then told him to get a real job and hung up.

Scam - Saying I was in a car accident in the last 12 months. I told them I know it is a scam and promptly hung up

Some Indian guy called and couldn't even spell my last name. Seriously, one day they will just call and say something "I want your money and your personal data. I am not bullsh*tting you, give it to me". All I could say that he called the right number, but I am not the person he was looking for. He apologized and hung the phone. Seriously, we travel to the Moon and back, we have self driven cars and we can't take control over that scam over the phone? Duh... Mankind invented so much technology and can't learn to control it.
