I called back number (07) 3073 4204 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

Received a missed call from this number. Only rang five times and didn't leave a message. If it was important they would have left a message.

Phone rang. When I picked it up no one was there.

why doesnt the 'do not call register' work any more?
