Caller: Accident compensation

woman called my mobile, mentioned my daughter's name, said she'd had a car accident in the last 2 years!!!! Stupid woman, impossible, she can't even drive, when I told her my daughter is a minor she didn't know what to say. big scam.

Lady had a strong accent could hardly understand what she was blabbing on about me in a car accident within the last couple of years.
She did greet me using my first and last name though.
I told her she had the wrong person my nephew (who has the same name as me) had a car accident last year.
Probably he's the one you a referring to?
(no response).
I then asked her what date of birth of the Ian she was calling about that's when the phone went silent as if she put me on hold.
I kept saying hello are you there but no response.
So I hung up.
Another scammer.

They keep calling my wireless broadband router, the number is not listed.

Woman rang and asked about my "No fault accident". Pure scam.

I received a couple of time this call, but did not answer before. today again, I answer it, but not one say anything then just hang up. Weird.

This is a scam, claiming that you've been involved in a traffic accident. When I said I wasn't, they asked if any of my family members were....... SCAM! Blocked number.

Had a call from this number, which I did not answer. They did not leave a message. Thank you to the previous posters, whose informative posts I reviewed upon checking the number.

Someone wishing to speak to me regarding an accident. Told him I am not interested in his Scam call and that if he called again I would take legal action.

Said was I or my family in an accident as we were due compensation, definite scam

Called about an accident inquiry which I never had. But call was answered by my mother who came from India recently had no idea and gave them my mobile number and name. When I call back I got engaged signal. Surely a scam.

Caller: Someone from Accident Claims with an accent

She said that this was the number on record. Asked about any accidents we had in the last two years and said someone wanted compensation for hurt and distress. I replied there had been no accidents and she hung up.

Caller: Jenny from accident claims management

Sounded like the usual scammer. Said someone from the workplace was injured in the last 2 years. I cut them off and told them to ring back in office hours.

Caller: Road safety portal aus

Rang saying I was in an accident but had not details of any accident or even the person who supposedly submitted the claim

I didn't answer because the number is unfamiliar. When I rang back I got the engaged signal. This makes me suspicious about (07) 3073 2414
