Called claiming to be from Visa/ Mastercard. Couldn’t tell me which bank he was calling from just said “all of them”

Multiple attempts were made this morning from my account to make a donation to Judy Harris in the US. Am I the person authorised to approve these transactions ? Then they try to get you to give all your details over the phone.
