Caller: Call centre - RSPCA Pet Insurance Unsolicited call. Called three times within as many hours, hung up and did not leave message. Called back - no greeting when phone was answered, just a recorded message saying call was valuable blah blah and listen to privacy message. Only when call was answered was RSPCA Pet Insurance mentioned
