This is Collection House Limited. They will spam call you, hang up within one ring (probably to say to the company they are collecting debt for that they did try to call but you didn't answer). But if you actually catch them in that one ring and answer they get so caught off guard, and eventually spat their company name at me. Collection House Limited, hired by EBAY
