Caller: BANK OF QUEENSLAND I believe it was BOQ contacting me back as to why a transaction failed (response to my query). Call them back if you want on their main number (I did and they confirmed there was an outbound call to me was made), and never give your personal or financial details out to any rando who calls you. No matter who they say they are.

Caller: Google Im expecting a call from BOQ today to authenticate security on my account. With my phone beside me i recieved a notification of a missed call from (07) 3016 5500. I read the transcript voice message. This is the exact wording. It said "Hello Google following up regarding a banking letter. Would you please be able to call us back on 1-(02) 0055 7272 between the hours of 8.00am Monday to Friday 0r 9.00am to 5.00pm Saturday Thankyou. I did a search on the 1-200-557-272 number- which was an invalid area Code, pertaining to North America, Canada and 2 other possible counties - likely a scam. The number is generated by voice over Internet, protocol systems. No i wont be calling back. No you do not have my permission or access to my banking information through trickery. Banks dont communicate under 24 hours via letter. Go back to school and learn proper english
