I called back the number (07) 3000 4551 and the lady on the other line said the company name is Australia Post

Said they needed my address to deliver something. Very noisy where I was, so could not get entire message they were saying. Our mobile numbers are sometimes printed on a dress labels so it's possible this was post office.
