Claimed to be ServiceNSW……Asking for emails

Caller: I don’t know

This number kept calling. Saying they are from Service NSW. Wanting me confirm my details and saying that someone was using my driver license (which I don’t) was used when making a purchase for a new iPhone. Sent me an email and wanted me to tell them the code.

I didn’t answer coz number not familiar. It didn’t leave any message. It showed number calling from Brisbane.

Got a call today claiming to be from Telstra.

First time this number has called. Did not pick up. My message bank states if you don’t identify yourself I won’t answer your call.

Caller: "Amazon"

Claiming to be from Amazon that there's some issue with an order I placed... I didn't place an order.

5 sec to come back to phone. "Hello" tentative with accent. Hung up when I asked what he wanted.

Claimed to be from Paypal Security, when I said I didn't believe him, he hung up.

A guy with Asian accent called and said sth I didn't understand, he laughed and hang up the call

initially silent, then they started to say it was about my internet and NBN, before I hung up. Clearly a scam caller

Most likely a scam. I live in NSW, the area code was Brisbane, so very unlikely a true NBN call. Also it happened about 6.45pm

I would like to know the identity of this caller. Are they a telemarketer?

Caller: Security Department of Visa and Mastercard

A middle-eastern accent, male-sounding person claimed to be calling form the Security Department of Visa and Mastercard and asked if I was aware of 2 unauthorised international transactions on my card this morning.

I said I wasn't aware and asked where they're calling from again. He repeated that he's calling from "Security Department of Visa and Mastercard", and hung up immediately when I asked "is it Visa or Mastercard?"

Scam. When picked up no sound and hang up straightaway

Random call didn't leave a message; 1.5 hours later had another random call from (07) 2143 6148

Thick foreign accent claiming to be from telstra calling about my broken internet connection. not with telstra, hung up and blocked

says from vodafone and offering a discount on my account with them , but I'm not with them - not for over 10 years
