Caller: Apparently Telstra

On the call I got a funny feeling something wasn’t right also the guy knew I was with Telstra and seemed to know details of my account. When I asked him to lower my charges he cut me off. I called him back. He answered but again cut me off. Complete scam. I call Telstra today and they had no idea but also suspected it was a scam

Pretended to be Telstra, knew some details of my business account, hung up when I refused to give Surname and D.O.B.

scam... female asked if this is XXXX. I hung up

Caller: Hung up on answering

Never answer unknown calls but waiting for a call from Brisbane so they got me. Hey Telstra they are apparently pretending to be you going by above messages how about doing something about it.

The lady had my account information and said she could get me a better deal. She asked for my surname and date of birth. I was suspicious and I refused saying I don't know who I'm talking to and asked her to email me.
No response yet!

Caller: "JJ from Telstra"

Answered because it was an 07 area code, but was wary. Terminated call immediately saying I did not believe it was generated by Telstra.
