Recorded message about a suspicious transaction, let it play through. A man with a foreign accent answer so I play him some music :) at which point he hung up
I called back to have some fun but wouldn't you know it the mailbox was full!!

Didn’t pick up as I suspected it was scam. No message left so was correct ! ( and confirmed with above comments). Calls still happening a month on from above .

Scam caller spoke with foreign accent phishing for personal details

Caller: Said from Telstra

I'm shortlisted to receive a new modem, being delivered Monday. Even gave me his name 'Alex' and Telstra employee #. Then asked me to go to 'anydesk.com' and download to receive modem number...Yeah right! I might be old.....but not that dumb!

As per previous posters, this is a scam. As a pensioner I don't have a credit card, so scam averted.

Per previous callers. Rang no msg left. If you ring back you get a msg to leave name & number... Assumed scam. Checked here & confirmed it!

Don't bother picking up its a scam and not worth your time. It's just a dude with an accent telling u some sh*t about bit coin.

Scam recorded caller claiming to be from Paypal saying I had a suspicious $700 transaction. I didn't let them finish just hung up.

Claimed to be calling about my ‘internet line’. Likely scam.

Foreign accents in a boiler room situation

Caller: "Visa card department"

Recorded voice, words along the lines of "A suspicious transaction has been made from your visa card to bitcoin. As you have never previously dealt in crypto we need to check. Press 1 if you did not authorise, or 2 to confirm". SCAM.

Phone reported "scam" so I let it ring out. Zero message.
