Called my landline. I wasn’t home. Hung up without a message.

Caller: They claimed they were from Visa

I had a call today 1st February 2014 claiming to be from Visa they said my visa card was used yesterday to pay a large amount of $$$$ money for an online purchase. The said they had not charged my account as I had not previously used cyber security and I needed to press 1 or 2 to contact them and sort it out. I hung up.

Changing the last two digits still won’t make me answer - another scammer, another blocked number 😡

Rang my mobile but left no msg. Scammer!

Claimed they were from CommBank and that $700 transfer has been sent to another person, checking for authority. Told them they were scamming and they tried to bluff their way out of it. C U in the NT

no word just hang up, don't call back.

My phone identified it as potential fraud. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message (they never do). I blocked the number.

Missed call -from Brisbane Queensland. Did not leave message. I have blocked this caller.

Claimed they were from teslstra and I had outstanding charges

Claimed to be from cyber security- claimed hackers had hacked in to my phone- they knew my name, number and email address. Looks like these identity thieves wanted more.

Caller: Claimed to be paypal security

Claimed to be paypal security over a sum of $700 that had gone out of our account. This was on a work phone and work has no paypal. Hung up

Said it was Amazon Security about an Iphone 14. Scam.
