Automated voice message about non existant gift card purchase via paypal for $700 odd.

Spam caller calling about non existing paypal order

They linked from India they call from 02 and 08 and 07

Caller: A woman pretending to be from the NBN

She was trying to get me to follow a script to look at errors in my event viewer on my desktop. As a developer there's no reason someone from the NBN would be asking to do that if it was a router issue, do not answer calls from this number ever.

Same here. Leaves half a recorded message re refund etc. Have had the same message from a different Queensland number also

The lady said she was calling from ebay and there was an order for $200 and she wanted to confirm that it was me. I told her that this was a new scam and she got a bit offended and said that she wasn't scamming and that I could google them. I told her to get lost.

Called my mum claiming to be eBay and asked her to download a third party app that had lots of reviews about it being a scam
