We can combat covid19 but we cant get rid of these virus phone calls

Missed call. No voice mail. Never called back.

Caller: Telstra

Caller stated they are from Telstra about internet speeds fluctuating. Told them I had no problem and if so I’d call Telstra myself. They tried to assure me it has no cost and I’d need to supply no personal information. Didn’t feel it was legitimate.

Scammers - Rang the number back from a phone not connected to an E-Bay account and spoke to a woman who appeared very vague and scant on detail. When challenged about a suspected scam she became defensive and attempted to provide details that were obviously wrong, then hung up. Absolute scum.

Caller: Bay

Received one yesterday and again today. Supposedly from Ebay but wasn't. Said I was going to have account debited. I called Ebay and reported

Definitely sounded like a scam. If I wanted to cancel the payment from my a/c, “press 1”. I hung up.

Robot call - scam

Received a phone call from this number (‭(07) 2113 1254‬) and the left a message. It was a robot. It states they received a payment and if I want a refund or to cancel the payment or to talk to someone press on one, two and nine.
Didn’t say any company or anything.
