getting inundated this past week (from 3rd january 2024) with calls starting with 07 2112 80. The last 2 digits keep changing. from 8013 to 8017, and even 8033 through to 8036. The calls will not stop. I tried to answer once, was Indian accent something about Income. Hungup. I'm trying to block or report as many as I can but they are unstoppable. Anyone know how to block any calls using these first 07 2112 as a prefix?

Been receiving calls from 8011 to 8019, no idea as they don't talk when I answer. I have now blocked them all.

I've received about 15 calls from this number or similar. Two calls left voice mails which were static and broken. I heard maybe two words and it sounded like a recording from two rooms away! So sick of this. I spoke to Optus and told them to investigate as they should be blocking the numbers for all customers and there should be an easier way for us to alert them of issues like this. At the moment everything directs us to the ACCC website where you have to fill out a freaking lengthy case form. Its like whack a mole.

I’ve had about 10 calls. The only difference is the last two numbers. All start with 07 … I’ve blocked each number. You’d think they’d get the message and stop wasting their time, energy, efforts 🤪

Like people above, I have been receiving calls from the number starting 07 2112 80 (ending in 13,14,15,16,17), and never leaving a message. Each call is between 3-5pm, even call on weekends! I never answer the call as it's obviously scam callers, and very determined ones at that.

Keeps calling and doesn't make sense when you pick up the phone, obviously a scam of some sort

This number, and a series of similar numbers. Won’t stop! I literally begged them to leave me alone and they just start all over again the next day.

Similar issues as previous reported 8013 through to 8019, keep blocking and keep reporting hopefully someone somewhere shuts them down soon

Received calls from (07) 2112 8014, 8016 and 8017. Trying to talk about the stock market and "now is the time". I engaged a little, corrected his grammar and said he wasn't making sense and his lack of education was evident, he got angry and told me my grammar was incorrect and I wasn't from Australia and hung up!!! I keep reporting the new numbers to ScamWatch. Mildly entertaining.

Getting this series of numbers calling me incessantly too. Blocking them all one by one is tedious but necessary I guess.

they started calling from 8013 - 8017 non stop, for the last 5 hours they called 8 times. what a nuiscance.i just block block block

They go from 8014 through to 8017 , I don't answer them, they come through as SCAM
