I called back the number (07) 2100 0577 and reached vm that said I reached Oaks Hotels & Resorts

Caller: Oaks Hotels & Resorts They hung up just as we got to the phone and didn't leave a message. I saw the message above on ReverseAustralia so called them. It is apparently the overall "Oaks" group reservations number, not the resort we have booked so it is a legitimate number. I spoke to the Pt Douglas Resort and they said there were no notes against our bookings so I'm waiting for a call back but not holding my breath. The Pt Douglas people are OK.
