Caller: Foxtel ????

Lady with strong accent called on my mobile and then they hung up. Then called home phone (Foxtel does not have my no.) and said I was Foxtel customer for 5 years and I had an IQ3 box and tried to influence me to change my internet provider to them for 1 month free. I hung up. Suspicious caller, probably a scammer as there are a few comments about this no. on other sites.

Offered me new package deals and I said I'd think about it. What I didn't like was the fact I could not ring Foxtel back if I decided. Apparently I would not get same deal. Strange. I would say she is Foxtel but an agent and after commission. So I'll leave it for now

I wonder why they are calling from a mobile?

Called everyday for the past week and half. Blocked the number but I can see that it keeps coming up in my call log. They`re persistent.

Ringing every day but never leaving a message.

Not a scam it’s actually Foxtel just poor English sadly

Scam. Often silence in the other end...calls repeatedly. Asks for identification without saying who it is I'm talking to

It's showing as potential fraud so I don't pick up

I called back the number 0499 466 057 and reached vm that said I reached Foxtail Marketing

Called up asking if I had Foxtel at home

Left a voicemail saying hello. Mans voice. Sent text who this but no reply

I don't answer but they have phoned back a couple of times.

I rang once and got disconnected
