I received a message asking me to click a link to confirm my details for shipment today otherwise my parcel will be returned to the retailer.

Caller: Scammers

They send you a message advising you have a parcel that needs to be delivered today! When you click their link they ask you for a small amount of money to complete delivery (no delivery company will ever ask for more money from a receiver of a package). Once they have your credit card details with your passwords they can drain your bank account. Also they can put malware onto your device, so they can get access to everything on your phone..
