Glad to see a few more reports come through, confirming a scam, because I almost wasn't 100% sure as coincidently I AM expecting a package to be delivered from a source that I have never used before. But being dubious I looked up the mobile number that sent me this exact text:
Subject: 35059
Hello- Your order has been held at our forwarding depot. Please follow instructions here: http//m5b.me/2yPEs.
However it linked me to TNT not Australia Post like these other reports, asking for a $3 customs charge to be paid before rearranging delivery (but again this was tricky as my purchase products were direct imports). Anyhow, after reading all these comments now I can assume SCAM. Hope my addition here helps some others.

Fake text purporting to be from Australia Post, can't deliver parcel as unpaid postage fee.

Fake text claiming to be from Australian Post, provided false tracking number and request for personal information plus postage fee when arranging other delivery days.

It is phishing.

I received the txt today 13 April 2021. I have reported the number to the ACCC.

Fake delivery hold up purporting to be from TNT.

Received a text from 0498 527 905 with this message:

Your order has been held at our forwarding depot. Please follow instructions here: http//m5b.me/2yPEs.
It linked to TNT, asking for a $3 customs charge to be paid before rearranging delivery - DO NOT ENTER YOUR DETAILS OR PAY

Fake SMS claiming to be TNT / FedEx regarding outstanding import duties - sacm, block

received same message as others advising "Hello - Your order has been held at our forwarding depot. Please follow insutrction here: "not a bitly link and site's name is not listed onthe link"
