SMS from ‘msginfo’ claiming to have my parcel held at a fowarding depot and that I should ‘click here’ for instructions. Not likely.

Scam, block this number

Saying “April winners list has been announced. Your place: 3. This is your article:. This is with a link attached. Most likely scam.

Caller: Unknown

I received the same message. I AM waiting for something, so I clicked through with caution. Landing page was a TNT page with number to track order.
Option to collect at depot (The link proving to be a dead end with no information on holding depot, or provide address details and pay $3 for delivery!)
Checked order with the company I purchased from. Not them - my product has not been dispatched yet.
Definite scam.

Ditto to previous messages. Domain .me is always sus'.

I got the exact same text from this number today. You've gotta admire the creativity of these scammers. I'm guessing at least a few people would fall for this trick and pay the $3. I didn't click the link. I googled the number before doing that. Don't know who these people are.

Received a SMS today from this number 0498 520 038, asking to download attachment, which i declined

All my deliveries get left at the door now or a card left for collection - not sms message, so I'm not clicking through. I did try to phone the number - but got a "Call Failed" message. Suspected either scam sms or will put malware on phone if click through to link

SMS stating:
“Hello - Your order has been held at our forwarding depot. Please follow instructions here: [link]” Legit parcel collection texts usually tell you who they are from.

The text message read "Hello - Your order has been held at our forwarding depot...." I clicked through the links but it was asking me for $3.00 for customs clearance, but I had not ordered anything from overseas....I didn't proceed or pay the $3.00
