Text message, assuming some kind of postal scam as I am not following link. No deliveries booked.

Very strange I just found this number stored in the settings of my message app under conversations - show notifications turned on then under it this number with box ticked. Tried calling it didn't ring just peep. I have never clicked on any links. Googled it and here I am.
