Had a call from this number claiming to be Telstra and the reason for the call was regarding network issues and wanting to offer a 40% discount for the frequent interruptions. I asked what their employee Number was, and they said C519008. Following that they read out my email to confirm and said they would send through a link to verify the account to apply the discount. I opened my email out of curiosity and a 2-Factor Authenticator popped up in which I declined- I confronted the lady and asked if she was trying to scam me in which she was abrupt and hung up. Do not fall for this- definite scammer!!

Caller: claiming to be Telstra Claiming to be Telstra. Sent me a one time code & then sent me one from Vic Roads. Very strange.

Caller: Unknown like above. Could hear chatter in background and then someone talked with the usual Biden accent so thick it could have been any language and so hung up. Typical of the people from that country. Shady as.

Caller: Telstra ? said they were from Telstra. A lot of loud talking in the background like a call centre. checked the number said it was an invalid number (weird) asked if i was experiencing any problems in South Yunderup (where?)
