This number came up on my ID but it came up twice, one below the other. Like this. 0490 652 645 0490652645
They said they were from Telstra and that I had done something technically wrong and was going to have my phone cut off in 24 hours if I didn't let them help. They then gave me a series of menu choices. Obviously I hung up.
