Spam caller saying they’re from wilderness society. Not sure how they got my number but it’s the 6th call today from random numbers

Called twice now with no message left. I called back got a recorded message: “this is an unattended number ... the call was made on behalf of a charity which you may have supported in the past “

I called back number 0490 291 448 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
