Caller: 0489 981 345

Identified as Vodafone, offering free hampers that might consists iPhone. In return we need to supply them our details including address and DOB.

Caller: Scammer

Says they’re calling from PayPal about unauthorised transactions.

Caller: Visa Banking department

Received a call with an automated response "this is a direct call from your visa banking department"-

Caller: Scam

This number had a voice recording, advising that PayPal-credit card had a $900 charge and prompting for the call recipient to select a relevant number on the keypad, for a yes or no response.

Overseas accent, claimed calling from Common Wealth Bank but when requesting sending email about the issue, then hang up.

Caller: Amazon

Had a call from this number on my mobile. Female said she was from Amazon. The call was echoing (and as I wanted to check the number asked her to phone) I asked her to call back. No call back - surprise, surprise. I tried to call the number and was got the standard "Your call could not be connected, etc" recording.
Obviously a scam number.

I missed a call from this number, my phone has blocked it, saying 'potential fraud'

Call couldn't be connected when returning a missed call - suspected scam.

Some kind of international marketing.
