0489 953 428 Calls supposedly from Heat Pump, didn't leave a message.

They called me asking if could hear me multiple times. Then hung up. They knew my first name and I assume they have gotten peoples information from a data leak. Block!!!! Do not answer.

Answered - big delay before a voice said hello - Asian accent. Hung up and blocked

Time-wasting scammer, called many times without leaving a message, then took forever to answer when the call was returned, claimed to be an agent for VIC hot water system, did not listen, appeared to be reading of a script and tried to go through lots of words as quickly as possible.

Had a couple of missed calls from this number today (and a lot of recent calls from 0489 prefix) but I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognise - unless they leave a message. Thanks Reverse Australia.

Just love the reverse Australia website. Thank you to all who posted comments about this number. I answered the call. Got the "silence" then the phone ringing through to some woman. I just hung. Number now blocked.

just received call, did not pick up, appears to be spam call. blocked the numbr on mobile

There was silence other than breathing on the other end when I answered the call, so I hung up and blocked the number.

Unknown number called. No message left presume spam & number blocked.

Could tell it was a call centre, usual telltales - delay, clicky background noise. Nothing said by me....or them, then the call disconnected. I reckon if you say cheerily: "Hi, John Smith here, what can I do for you?" it would be game on.

Called once and didn’t pick up, went into voicemail. Mayba spam

Rang and went to voicemail not message. Pain in the ass assume marketing.

Called, picked up - no one talked, then they hung up. I assume it was telemarketers about the Heat Pump rebate scheme.

Called to discuss hot water rebates. Started asking what hot water system we had. Hung up as seemed odd.

A male eventually spoke, I kept saying hello, he hung up - call centre

Didn’t answer. No message left.
