Just block them, they are a nuisance, no-one talks but when you call the number you get a recorded message saying Hi this is Katie from what sounds like Idex Online blah blah blah

Business name not said, just a recorded message of a lady pitching marketing services.
This is a scam to businesses and is doing the round on multiple different numbers.

As -the previous messages They call numerous times, leave no message Obviously a scam call Out of desperation called the number. It is busy. The tel provider knows who this number is registered to. I am sure they know who is paying the bill!!! They should deal with the problem They must be aware of the scammers practice on calling on numerous similar numbers Deal with it.

Recorded voice of Australian lady trying to sell marketing services but never mentions a company name.

Avoid contacting these types of calls, their promised services are generally under false pretences to catch your every day business owner off guard.
There's usually good reason a business name isn't given until they rope you in.

Tried calling me multiple times a day for weeks but hang up when I answered. Very annoying.

called twice in quick succession, clearly a tactic to get people to pick up. Didn't answer and call ended after a few seconds when I picked up on second ring.

Definitely block this phone number. Attempted to call me 4 times today. When you ring the phone number it is a voice mail recording. The use of this phone number should be reported to telcos. Spam.
