Engie chasing electricity overdue bills

Also sends an email claiming to be Engie chasing an overdue bill. Followed a telephone conversation with somebody claiming to represent the Battery rebate scheme, that I cut short after it was clearly fishing for information.

spam call, cut yr line when i called back. stop it Spammer!

Calls but leaves a completely blank voicemail. Not sure who, but no message is just annoying and is a legit nuisance call.

Caller: Engie. It takes a few seconds before an automated message reminding an overdue bill. Options allow to speak to Engie Customer Service, pay bill using credit cards, or record the customer commitment to pay withing 5 days.

They left a voicemail saying they were from Engie energy and to call them back urgently on a 1800 number that’s not associated with Engie

No idea who this is. Persistent calling, doesn't leave a Voicemail. Annoying! Believe this to be a Scam Caller DO NOT ANSWER!

Called, I picked up and didnt say hello or anything, timer went to 10, and then i hung up, no one said anything on either side of the call.

Recorded message. I didn’t listen. Just hang up.
