The phone call had an automated voice saying they were from ENGIE and had an urgent message for the account holder of the electricity account at my address. I am with ENGIE and they got my address correct. Concerning that that data is out there!

Same happened to me, I am also with Engie, I logged into the app to double check my account and it was not outstanding.

Caller: Engie Got a call from this number. When I didn't answer, I got a text saying my bill was overdue. And yep, direct debit hasn't been working so it was true. I called them back via their 1300 number though
