The phone call had an automated voice saying they were from ENGIE and had an urgent message for the account holder of the electricity account at my address. I am with ENGIE and they got my address correct. Concerning that that data is out there!

Spam hang up caller

Same happened to me, I am also with Engie, I logged into the app to double check my account and it was not outstanding.

You're with Engie, they said they were Engie and they have your address... why are you surprised? Doesn't that confirm that they ARE Engie?

Claiming to be NG previously known as simply energy. They had my address and wanted me to confirm my date of birth and my account number very suspicious

Said this is for the person at [my address] responsible for paying something and if this is me press 1 and if not me press 2

Also received an unsolicted call from this number. It's spam/scammer trying their luck.
