Sending text messages saying they found me on Hotfrog. Calling the number doesn't work. Scammers. Block and forgot.

Thanks for those of you that posted this number. I have just received a text message saying "Hey is this the marketing agency?" Very unusual for anyone to send a random text like that. I'll assume this is definitely scam and will block.
