Definitely a scammer number. 2 texted messages sent from this numbers, stating its from Citibank and notifying me that there were suspicious activity on my account (which wasn't true!)

This is a high possible scam phone number. I went to citibank branch, and citibank said they do NOT use this 0488 952 484 number.
