Caller: NBN spam

I keep getting calls and messages from them saying it’s very urgent about my NBN but it’s not my internet provider and they know my name - beware!

A lady called from this number regarding the NBN service, I straight away to hang up and she called twice and I picked up the phone and tried to ask her stop calling me, she shouted at me said I am not the marketing or scammer why you hang me up bla bla bla ~ then she hanged me up . That’s a really rude scammer

Have received numerous calls from this number. Today I decided to answer to be told it was not a scam and the call is recorded so that makes it a “serious call” haha…
A man with an Indian accent was offering me a $79 NBN flat rate with no extra charges and said I needed to do nothing as I was a long term customer. I asked him a few questions like who was my provider in which he said he does not have that info but likely to be Telstra or Optus. I then told him I did not want to provide any information and thank you for giving me a great deal and goodbye….he said he just needed a few more serials that would take 3 minutes in which I told him I don’t have. Anyway he is calling back this afternoon apparently. Number is now blocked!

I received a call from this number today. I didn't answer because I was using my phone online and didn't want to be disturbed. I received a voicemail from the number. After listening to it all I could hear was faint voices in a call centre with nobody leaving a message to me.

I missed the call for this number and they left a voicemail with background noise and no speaking. I called back and it dialled with no answer but this message in between dials. “ did you know if you refer a customer to us we can pay you $80” no answer

Claimed to be from NBN (I'm not a customer) and tried to get me to change over to some plan, claiming I'll save money. Told her I'd have to get my assistant to deal with it and put her on hold for 5 minutes before she hung up. She knew a shortened version of my first name - I am assuming from a data breach I was involved in with my fitness pal.

A woman call me today asking about my NBN, told her I already have..I hang up..
She called back twice I told her you a scammed.. she been so rough 😩 on phone..
I just give her what she deserves 😅 and block her.

The guy said his name is Leslie but there was a pause after he said …my name is ….Leslie. Then he said he’s from UNIX regarding my NBN… I got the same call a few days ago… so, I hung up…definitely a Scam!!!.

I've received several phone calls to my mobile from this number 0488 885 752)! After receiving another call this morning, I rang the number from our home phone which is silent (private) number, and a woman with a foreign accent answered, simply saying, "customer service, how can I help you". This woman didn't identify who the company was. Definitely spam!

There was a guy named abhishek and saying he has deal for NBN avoid this call 100% scammer!

This person called twice then left a voicemail recording and said my name and then said his name and that it was a very urgent call for me to pick up my phone and that was it. Didn’t say where he was calling from at all. Sound like a Indian guy to. Trying scam people
