I have been getting the same messages regularly from "Origin Energy" There is also a message received today indicating our account is bouncing - asking for my full name and date of birth.

Says "Just letting you know that your gas bill has been emailed. Not in your inbox? Please check your junk/spam folder. Thanks Origin."

Only thing is I don't have an Origin account now !!

also one "Did you forget about the overdue of 286.9 for your electricity?" going on to give a link and a phone number also reported to be linked to scams: 1300 832 854

I received a text msg from Origin say to open my msg for my bill.

* Full name * Account number *Full address *Date of birth I look forwad to hearing back from you. Kind regards Nripen"
