I called back number 0488 884 592 reached voice mail but did not hear the name of the company properly

i asked who do you wanted to talk to, the lady said anyone in the house over 18.
I asked how do you get my number, the lady said random number generated by a computer
I asked her to take my number off the list because no one in the house is over 18. She said she couldn't do it.

Voice message says they are a research company

Someone called from this number and asked if I would take part in a 10 min survey and when I asked who they are and what was the survey about they replied I CANT TELL YOU THAT ? and when they checked my post code they then said you are out of our area for this survey and then hung up ? I am sick to death of these scammers that continue to try and rip people of and I don't believe that the law cant trace them and stop the bastards.

I answered, said hello, no response but background noise and they hung up by 7 seconds. Not calling them back.

Research company conducted 10-15min phone survey on social issues.

Called to ask to do a 12 min survey. Asked my age and postcode. I gave him my old postcode. I asked what the survey was for, he kept saying ‘social issues’. I asked what social issues, as I wasn’t going to give out my personal details to a stranger on the phone. He wouldn’t tell me, then told me that I was not in a close enough location to survey and hung up..
