Scam call - they left a message saying my cell service would be disconnected in two hours and I should press a button to connect with their team to prevent this and that I could choose from English or Chinese, then I assume said the same message again in Chinese - just block and delete them.

Impersonating Telstra saying my phone will be disconnected. Then choose option 1 for English and 2 for Chinese. This is a clear indication it is a scam.

I received the same sort of message, i entered 7 to report it as a scam message

Been getting a few of these mystery mobile calls usually the same days & around same time has to be scammers but unsure
I usually msg them to ask who they are with no response.
