Had a missed call from this number, no message left, I returned the call within 2 mins, auto message advised number was not in service, number has been disconnected. Bizarre.

No message came to this site found out hacker scammer

Male caller (from 0488 882 195) said he was doing market research for client & would like to ask some questions that could take about 15 mins. When I asked who the client was he said that couldn't be revealed. I said I wouldn't provide information unless I knew who was going to benefit from the questions & answers. Then he said politely he couldn't proceed and we both said good-by.

called me said was from market research company wanted to speak to youngest person in family that was eligible to vote, i said no, he then hung up. I rang this number back to get the message that it was not in service.....obviously a spammer/scammer, I have blocked the number. Voice sounded cross between Irish/American?

No connection when I called back. Found it impossible to block the number.

They said it was a Survey call for the government

I said I don’t know your company is doing well enough to cooperate.
She said fine and ended the call.
I hate any unsolicited call.

It’s some market research company, I told them I was on the DNC register but they said their status excludes them as my number was still listed with Sensis. I have since made a complaint to the ombudsman.

I called back the number 0488 882 195 but the call didn't go through

Caller: American Accent - Male - Market Research(?)

Called me at work, knew my name, said was calling from a market research firm. I thought it might have been a client but when he started fishing (or phishing) for information I hung up.
