Then started talking in Chinese

Caller: Said was from ebay

Said that they from ebay and something about a gift card. charge of $500. I said that sounds like rubbish and she said... you sound like rubbish. Clearly spamming scamming crap

Said my visa had been compromised etc etc etc

Called saying had visa problem! Scam

Caller: A scammer. Said they represented Amazon and visa

if you accept friend request on social media via mistake, scammers can clone your account and get information such as your contact details, .or clone a friends account. phishing cycle, I have had several calls from this number but I never answer.

Had a call from 0488 878 956 and they never left a message.

Caller speaks for 15 seconds and then won’t speak when communication established.
Something about being scammed in reverse where the incoming call is paying for the answering by you.
Wants to re-credit the first transaction due to under charging with no purchase reason.

Started speaking Chinese. I am not.

rang but said this number could not take any messages and hung up.

Said my Vodafone has been mis-used.
Then started talking in Chinese

SPAAAAAAM!!! They left a recorded message on voicemail, something about "... form not completed" and then it said the same thing in Mandarin.

Same - happened to me to0. 1.50 pm, 7.3.24.
