Feb 12, same as above. Reporting to scam watch

Scam call claiming someone overseas is using my email. When I said I wasn’t going to answer any questions as my SIL was in IT security and he would trace them they hung up. Caller had a heavily accented voice

Scammers don't engage with them just hang up and report call.

A lady with an accent called from this number saying my commonwealth account had been used & did I authorise a purchase from someone in America. When I questioned her she hung up. Scam scam scam

I just had the same call occur from same number .. @ Feb 9th 9.13am

American accent female claims to be from fraud dept of Visa AND Mastercard….hung-up then.

Claiming I had a transaction of $99 decline

Had a missed call from this number, received at 4.59 am local time. Luckily, I had my phone on silent! I checked the number here to find other examples of spam calls from this number. Thank you for posting. I will block this number.

Automated voice- visa security - I hung up & have blocked number

Calller (acented female) said they were ebay security and that a suspious transaction had been recieved. wanted to get me to change my IP adress. I told them I thought it was a scam call and they wanted to provide an empoyee ID as proof. I ended up just hanging up and they tried calling back from a fixed line which I didnt answer.

Claiming to be Ebay offering me a refund. I don't have an Ebay account.

Try three seconds silence- works every time- they just disconnect

Claimed they were ringing from Visa/Mastercard services alleging my card had been compromised. Sounds very suspect

Answered and it was a recorded message that said that my Phone number would be out of service in 2 hours, then said English Enquiry Reasons press 1 Chinese Enquiry Reasons Press 2. Then started talking in Chinese.

This appears to be another scammer trying to call me. I do not have this number in my phone book so it is automatically flagged as Potential Fraud. No message was left, so I have blocked it.
