Claiming to be from Visa or Mastercard forgery department.

Hang up on all scam callers like this one as they are getting too sophisticated and are always trying to compile an ID profile of you each time they call. They already have names and phone numbers and possibly addresses and are phishing for more info eg what type of credit cards you have or don't have, CVC numbers etc and which banks you are or aren't with. So do not engage with these call centre operators at all as denials still give them info on what to eliminate in your profile.

Scam call for sure, VODAPHONE saying I have not paid my bill! I have a direct debit with VODAPHONE so I never miss a payment. I HUNG UP then blocked number

From "telstra" trying to get me to install anydesk to update my router.
Hung up when i told him I know he's a scammer and I'm not with telstra.

This number has called every day for the past few weeks, plus a similar number ending in '493'. When called back it is suddenly disconnected or unavailable. Extremely annoying as at work.

He said he is federal police and asked if I posted overseas.

I don't recognise this phone number and my phone blocked this number under suspicion of spam and then these 3 other comments seem to confirm that this is some kind of devious spam.

SAID he was from VISA CENTRE. Asking if I had spent $221 on my VISA card & to confirm it was my transaction. Don't have a visa card was a scam

Calls often, usually early afternoon. Another mobile rings immediately after. Neither answered, no messages left.
