Caller: Pay pal Telling me they are going to take money out of my account or press another number and apply to get my money back. I don’t have a pay pal account so I presume it as a scam.

This number called a 9 year old's phone and scared her. Most likely tech Scammer however treat as pedophile until deemed otherwise.

Didn't answer the call, or click on the link in the text that followed. Then googled the number & saw the above. These calls often only ring 2 or 3 times before the other end hangs up, worth noting.
