I received an email from Darren Woods quoting the phone number:0488 875 065 wanting to place a large order with my online store and pay using a credit card. It was for HIS client in Greenland. I gave him the quote, no freight as he said he would organise that. Then he gets the freight company to send me the quote, asks me to include it in my quote and for me to pay the freight company. Gues what, they only accept EFT payments. Big fat scam! Funny never heard from him again once I sent him an email asking how the weather is in Nigeria.

He’s using this number to scam women he’s met on dating sites, pretending to be a German soldier posted to Iraq. While we connected on whatsapp, I cannot get through when I dial the number. He will email from a gmail account also.

Hi, had exactly the same experience with Darren Wood. Wanted to buy stock and send it to Greenland. He wanted my credit card number to put the $6,200 onto my card. What a crook. Don't ever deal with him.

This time he was called Nigel Stowe. Send me a message through our website to purchase a large amount of our product. He said he would get freight quotes. Was surprised to see that he was sending it to Greenland. Cost of the freight was twice the cost of our produce. He wanted to pay me for the freight and the products. Said I was not comfortable doing that as I didn't want to be responsible for all of the export paperwork. I said to pay for freight and then get back to me. The emailed his number straight away as it smelled fishy. Copied all of the above into the email and sent it back to him. Email bounced. Surprise surprise!!!

Darren Woods wanted to order from us and have the product shipped to Greenland. Wanted his freight forwarder to pick up and invoice us. SCAM.

Emailed my business asking for pricing on vinyl wrap material.. I tried to call, it would not connect to the number - so i said for him to call me, which he did - and clearly was a nigerian accent - and said if he wanted to order material he would need to come into the workshop to discuss.. he promptly hung up.

Received email from online enquiry for a business and it included this number.
Seemed a bit dodgy - and looks like it is. No call so far.

This guy says he is German and had moved to Nashville when he was 11 but has no American or German accent. He says he is an executive but his mobile phone camera dn laptop camera are always broken. He is now posing on TIndr as a gay man and trying to scam gay men using the long con game.

scam - he sent email requesting i charge his credit card then pay removalist as he is in hospital...true idiot if he thinks falling for his scam.
