We are here to help you with your superannuation and explain what's happening during COVID-19. How old are you? Which Super Organisation are you with? Would you have more than $30,000 in your Super balance? She was going to transfer me to someone that could assist and I rejected her offer

Rang, stated they wished to ask questions about my super.. Q: has my super company been in contact with me about covid. Now seriously, with all the scamms happening with Super. DO NOT ENGAGE with anyone asking about your super on the phone. Seriously before you know it they have more info about you..this is A PHISHING expedition for them. Protect your info. If you have questions about your super- CALL your personal super company - look them up from the professional website. And NEVER provide ANY details about your super. Seriously people do you wish to be dealing with scammers during COVID?

Second time they have called me about my super - told them i don't want to speak to them. and now have blocked their number.

Even though I told the lady (sounded Australian) not to ring me back, I have received FIVE calls in the space of three days. Received a call from 0488 862 790 and my phone alert came up on my screen as 'POTENTIAL FRAUD/SCAM' so I blocked the call. I've blocked this number but still trying to call me Caller: Premium Support Centre
I received a call today from "Premium Support Centre" offering to provide financial advice and explain the impact of COVID-19 on my superannuation. They wanted to know my super fund name, whether I have over $30,000 in my super account, my age bracket, the state in which I reside and my full name.
Do not provide personal details to anyone who calls you, and contact your superannuation fund directly if you need financial advice.

called 3 times during day. Did not leave a message. I called the number and they said " National customer care please hold the line" I hung up
Blocked same number I had 3 calls from this number. It showed up as a scam call so I didn't answer it. I don't know who they are. Caller: Dont know

Just that I had some miss calls from a similar number 0488 862 724 and after checking up that others were bothered by that number, I blocked it. And today I get a call from this number instead.
