Caller: Premium Support Centre 0488 862 724 called. Stated their business name was Premium Support Centre ABN 21 630 858 230. They asked who my superannuation was with, which is a personal financial question - don’t give this out. When questioned on which financial services provider (FSP) they worked for - none, they are a lead company, who sell leads to FSPs. Complained as this is against the anti hawking legislation, which they challenged that as they are not a FSP, they don’t need to comply. But they will onsell leads to a FSP. This means that the FSP will breach through an outsourced provider. They advised that they got my details from EMBR, but couldn’t provide the contact details - so here you go EMBR Group ABN 27 147 278 153 https://embr.com.au Ph: 1300 881 619. EMBR removed my details & advised it was from a competition I never entered, so I can’t go any further with that avenue.

Caller: States they are National care Wants to know if my super company has spoken to me in regards to what’s going to happen to my super and to also get a financial planner to assist me. Gave them no details told them I know what’s happening to my super. They requested my mobile no to put me on their do not call list. All my phone numbers are already registered to do not call. So I’ve informed ATO and my super. ATO is investigating it!!!!

Caller: Premium Super Centre Sounded fishy, very pushy to have my details so a financial planner could speak to me. Funny thing is, I just got off the phone from MyGOV and gave them my number! How did they get my number when it's not listed anywhere else?
