I called back the number 0488 862 401 and reached vm that said I reached 2Evolve

Caller: Medecins Sans Frontieres

Probably not a scam, just Medecins Sans Frontieres calling to ask for more money. They'd be calling from a marketing centre so it makes sense that calling back gets you to 2 Evolve

My Truecaller App picked up this phone-number as an insurance comparison site so I blocked it.

Didnt recognise number, so checked here.

I checked the website of 2Evolve, it's an architecture company, but their website is not developed, it's NQR, the links go nowhere. Nothing to do with Medecins sans Frontieres. So likely a scam call

Call every day. Spam caller. PLEASE NOTE other comments regarding this number. Purports to be a variety organisations. Given that, extremely likely to be a con. The one number would NOT be representing so many organisations, even as a contracted call centre. They would use individual numbers for each organisation they are contracted by.
