I have been getting calls from these people for about a year. I had previously signed up to the don't call me register yet still the calls came in over and over. I asked on numerous occasions to have my number removed from their call list and each time they said they had done so. Still the calls came in.. I asked to speak to the call centre team leader on 3 occasions who assured me my number had now been removed. Still the calls came in. I finally had enough and complained to the No Call register!
Guess what?? I now get text messages from Cruise Megastore!!
I would NEVER go though these people and I tell everyone I know about my experience with this disrespectful company. All are appalled.

Lady called me at 8:00am (which I thought was strange), said I signed the online petition to save the bears (who are in cages for their bile). I don't recall signing the online petition as I'm so upset by any images of animals who are in inhumane conditions.
Then proceeds to tell me that they need caring for, but do need some public funding. She was pretty quick in asking for my bank details saying that a monthly payment can go straight out of my bank account.
I like to give a 'once off' to animals welfare - here and there- when I'm ready.
I explained that my bank account was -$25 (minus $25) and that I wasn't able to help. But that I could go to their website and make a once off donation (she didn't even care for that). Now I'm left wondering if it were a scam? I think so.

They have rung a number of times but always hang up when/if I answer. Often only let it ring 3 or 4 times. Very annoying.

4 attempts to get me to answer their call, mu phone identified the number as a spam telemarketer so not answering the calls

Rang twice, hung up when I answered.
Left a silent voicemail.

Told me that I had opened an email from them a day ago. When I told them that I have not opened email from them and if anything was received, it would have automatically gone to junk and that this was an unsolicited phone call.
The woman, who was yet to tell me her name, stated in a derogatory voice "Okay, you don't like holidays" and hung up before I could respond with something along the lines of . . "Noooo, I love holidays but hate being harassed!"
